Cynthia Burke was wonderful in helping us relocate to California from out of state.  Neither my husband nor I were familiar with the area, but with her help we are now in a home and neighborhood that is perfect for our family.  She made our house hunting trip fun and efficient.  She spared no detail in making sure our weekend would be a success: she recommended a great inn, fabulous restaurants, good walks for getting to know the area and she prepared a notebook full of information about schools, parks, and shops.  Most importantly, she had an organized plan for touring us around neighborhoods and homes that she had previewed.

It felt like we accomplished months of work in one weekend!  We selected a new home under-construction, but Cynthia's help didn't stop there.

She took pictures of our house as it was being built and emailed them to us so we could enjoy the process even though we were still out of state.

 As construction proceeded, she helped us negotiate to have landscaping included, as well as closing costs and upgrades to be paid by the builder.  After closing the deal she has continued to be an invaluable resource to us as we get familiar with the area.
